This one-day course will cover Virtual Desktop offering in Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365 and Azure).

This one-day course is aimed at administrators and IT professionals who want to deepen their know-how to carry out a Microsoft Virtual Desktop implementation.

Before attending this course, students must have:

- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and License Plans
- Good knowledge of AAD and AD
- Good understanding of Windows 10 / 11
- Understanding of VDI Technologies

Demos are based on current version of products and could be in some cases, with interactive guides for attendees.

Module 1: “Windows 365 vs Azure Desktop; what are the differences”

This module discusses the positioning of VDI offering with Microsoft 365 and / or Azure Virtual Desktop

After completing this module, students will be able to:
- Understand how Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop operates.  

Module 2: “Windows 365 Business vs Enterprise”

This module discusses the Windows 365 features managed through MEM and how you can improve your global security posture on devices, using the right license version.

After completing this module, students will be able to:

- Understand how their organization's devices can be provisioned
- Configure and manage device security
- Define the Enrollment methods using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Connect to a Windows 365 VDI

Module 3: “Administering Azure Virtual Desktop”

This module discusses how to manage Azure Virtual Desktop and the prerequisites to implement the solution.

After completing this module, students will be able to:
- Establish a VDI infrastructure on Azure and their dependencies
