Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply
Arrow Education

By placing an Order with Arrow ECS, Customer agrees that these Terms and Conditions of Sales and Supply – Arrow Education shall apply to such Order. Any terms in Customer’s Order are void.

1. Billing/Payment

Arrow ECS invoices the course fee at the start of the course.
14 days payment period applies and all course prices are exclusive of VAT.

2. Fees

The course fee includes the cost of instructor and course material and labs if applicable.
Arrow ECS is not responsible for costs such as travel, hotel, parking etc.

3. Booking a course

Bookings can be made via the Arrow ECS website or via purchase orders to education.ecs.baltic@arrow.com. Once Arrow ECS has received the booking form or purchase order, Arrow ECS will confirm the booking and it will be binding.

4. Cancellation/Rescheduling - Scheduled training

4.1 The full course fee will be charged if cancellation is made later than 11 working days before the start of the course. Cancellations must be made by email to education.ecs.baltic@arrow.com.
4.2 Rebooking to another course date may be considered as cancellation.
4.3 The customer can replace one course participant with another free of charge if the substitute meets any entry requirements.
4.4 Arrow ECS reserves the right to cancel/reschedule planned course starts. In the event of a cancelled/rescheduled course start, Arrow ECS shall notify the customer 10 working days before the planned start of the course or as soon as possible. No other compensation will be paid.

5. Cancellation/Rescheduling - In-house training or customer specific training

5.1The full course fee will be charged if cancellation is made later than 20 working days before the start of the course. Cancellations must be made by email to education.ecs.baltic@arrow.com.
5.2 Regardless of the time of cancellation, Arrow ECS always has the right to charge for the costs that Arrow ECS cannot avoid despite the cancellation. These include, among other things, commencement of work with development/adaptation, non-refundable travel, ordered course material and lab environment as well as refreshments.
5.3 If the teacher falls ill or for any other reason is unable to complete the course on the scheduled date, Arrow ECS reserves the right to change teacher or to reschedule the course date. This is always done in consultation with the customer.

6. Admission Requirements

It is the customer's responsibility to inform participants of any entry requirements before the start of the course. All course descriptions, including prerequisites, are available on edu.arrow.com/baltic. Arrow ECS takes no responsibility for participants who do not meet the entry requirements still participating in the course.

7. General

The Customer agrees that all intellectual property rights related to Course Materials belong to Arrow ECS or its suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Customer Guarantee

We are confident that the course you have chosen will meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer equivalent training free of charge provided that:

- The participant notifies the instructor or Arrow ECS administrative staff during the course, gives feedback on what did not work satisfactorily and requests to participate in a new course.
- The replacement course applies to the same course participant and the same course on a new date within 3 months from the original course date.
- The student brings their original course material to the new course.
