Designed for experienced IT Professionals, this course focuses on products and components of Citrix Platform Enterprise that address security and access control features, along with configuring secure infrastructure communication. The course begins with using Secure Private Access with Chrome Enterprise Premium integration to provide and manage access to corporate web apps, while showing the range of setup, cloud integration features, and resource access controls as part of the ZTNA solution. For CVAD, this course provides updated and comprehensive summary of secure communication requirements from advanced authentication, securing communication between infrastructure components, and the range of secure HDX and VDA communications. Endpoint and VDA security are then discussed using deviceTRUST for endpoint and VDA-based scans, with reporting, and resource access control. Finally, endpoint security and management using eLux and Scout Enterprise Management Suite. Through a combination of technical discussion, and detailed lab exercises, students learn key component architectures, certificate and encryption requirements, advanced authentication controls, browser-based protections, endpoint security and a range of features to manage those same endpoints and resource availability.
