The HP 3PAR StoreServ workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to configure, manage and maintain HP 3PAR StoreServ.

The typical attendee could be a HP 3PAR customer, a system administrator or other persons handling the storage environment on a daily basis.

If you are planning a new 3PAR SAN, you could benefit from the knowledge gained on this workshop regarding the impact and architectural considerations to take before implementing the solution.

Students should have an understanding of general storage concepts, Microsoft Windows 2008 and/or VMware vSphere administration experience will be required.

We will cover topics as StoreServ 3PAR hardware architecture, CPG design , installation and use of the 3PAR Management Console and CLI.

Configuration of 3PAR StoreServ on Microsoft Windows and VMware vSphere platforms.

There will be hand-on labs on creating a CPG/Volume, defining a host set, volume set, creating and assigning volumes to hosts on Microsoft Windows and VMware vSphere.
