Pearson Vue has recently published their 2021 Value of IT Certification - Employer Report.
Here are some of the key highlights:
- IT certified employees are preferred to those non-certified as they are more productive and innovative.
- 66% of IT managers said employees with IT certifications produce higher quality work.
- 69% of IT managers feel that it significantly increases productivity/the employee’s overall contribution.
- 66% of IT managers we surveyed said that IT certification significantly and positively impacts work quality.
