This instructor-led, 40-hour course provides NetBackup administrators, sales engineers, operators, implementation consultants, and support engineers with fundamental concepts, configuration, and management of NetBackup. It also teaches them how to utilize the NetBackup tools and interfaces, create and monitor backup and restore operations, and ensure that the data recovery objectives are met. This course serves as a prerequisite for Cohesity NetBackup 10.0: Advanced Administration.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
• Describe the functions of the Primary server, Media servers, and clients in a NetBackup environment.
