Designed for students with little or no previous XenMobile experience, this course is best suited forindividuals who will be managing and supporting XenMobile environments.

Learn the skills  required to manage XenMobile environment components including XenMobile Server, NetScaler Gateway, ShareFile, StorageZones, and XenMobile Worx Apps. At the  end of    the course students will be able to manage their XenMobile environments to    meet the needs of    their Enterprise Mobility Management user personas.

The course has been updated to XenMobile Server software version 10.3 including new content:

•   Coverage of new 10.3 features including new Worx Apps, new built-in reporting, Self-Destruct MDX, WorxMail-S/MIME, and Shared Devices
•   Migrated the lab guide a MsWord document and enhanced learning objectives for each exercise
•   Environment component upgrades including NetScaler 11, XenServer to 6.5.1, StorageZone Server 3.4, ShareFile UMT 1.7.6, and License Server

Citrix recommends students prepare for this course by taking the following course:

• CXM-101 XenMobile Foundations

It is also recommended to gain a basic understanding of the following concepts and technologies:

•   Experience with managing Mobile Devices and Apps
•   Experience with managing Windows Server admini stration
•   Experience with managing Enterprise File Sharing and Sync
•   Experience with managing Microsoft SQL Server or enterprise database servers
•   Experience with managing Active Directory and Group Policy
•   Basic Networking including understanding of VPN concepts, SSL encry ption and certificates.

It is also recommended that students bring a mobile device (iPhone or Android) to complete device enrollment and Worx-related exercises. This device should not be enrolled in another MDM solution, or would need to be unenrolled in order to use it to complete the mobile device-s pecific class exercises.
