Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students must have:
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and the integrated components
- Good knowledge of AAD and AD
- Good understanding of mobile operating systems, such as iOS and Android
- Understanding of security behaviors
- Demos are based on current version of products and could be in some cases, with interactive guides for attendees.

Module 1: “Overview of Microsoft 365 current features”

This module provides an overview of Microsoft 365 elements, such as Collaborative Tools, Power Platform, Security & Compliancy Features.

After completing this module, students will be able to:

Understand the basic security embedded on each Core component

Establish which version of Enterprise Level is required

 

 

Module 2: “Microsoft Teams: Voice features”

This module discusses the connection between Microsoft Teams and PSTN networks.

After completing this module, students will be able to:

Create a telephony proposal

 

Module 3: “Power Platform: Power BI Pro”

This module discusses the way to manage data with PowerBI Pro, into the Power Platform.

After completing this module, students will be able to:

Understand Power Platform positioning

Implement PowerBI Pro dashboard

 

Module 4: “AAD P2”

This module discusses how to define Azure Active Directory Plan 2 usage and implement the Privileges Identity Management.

After completing this module, students will be able to:
