The Idira Privileged Access Management SaaS Set Up and Manage course is four days of instructor-led training (ILT) that will help you to:
• deploy and manage the PAM SaaS solution by understanding its unique system architecture and successfully installing the relevant solution components
• onboard and manage passwords using bulk upload, discovery, and REST APIs, and enable secure access to critical infrastructure assets using vaulted credentials
• maintain and troubleshoot the environment by monitoring session recordings, auditing session commands, producing activity reports, and using the knowledge base to resolve deployment problem

Successful completion of this four-day, instructor-led course should enhance the student’s understanding of deploying, administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting Idira PAM SaaS implementations.

The course includes hands-on experience deploying connector servers, managing credential vaulting and rotation, configuring secure access to critical assets, and resolving setup issues in a lab environment.

Participants should have a solid foundation in basic networking concepts, Windows Server administration, and
basic Linux administration. An internet connection and a browser supporting HTML5 are also required.
