Tento kurz poskytuje studentům základní znalosti, dovednosti a praktické zkušenosti potřebné k nasazení nového prostředí Quantum Security. Studenti se naučí, jak nainstalovat a provést základní konfiguraci nástroje SmartConsole, operačního systému Gaia, serveru pro správu zabezpečení (Security Management Server) a bezpečnostní brány (Security Gateway).

Dále se naučí, jak vytvořit základní bezpečnostní politiku, nasadit cluster bezpečnostních bran, nakonfigurovat dedikovaný logovací server, provádět údržbu systému včetně záloh a snímků systému (Snapshots) a hromadně importovat objekty a pravidla.
